You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return (in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU withdrawal right).

Conditions:

• The product must be unopened and unused — in its original sealed packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or tested products (makeup, skincare, perfumes).
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
